About me
I’m a passionate advocate of the transformational benefits of coaching. I’ve personally benefited as a recipient, building on my strengths and tackling the challenges that threatened to hold me back.
My goal as a practitioner is to help people realise their innate potential.
For many years I coached and mentored alongside senior leadership roles in the public and voluntary sector. I spent seven years as Executive Director of Marketing and Engagement at the British Heart Foundation and ten years as Director of Communications at Cancer Research UK. I was named one of the UK’s Top 100 marketers by Marketing Week. I’ve also been named the charity sector’s most influential communications professional by PR Week.
I now work as a coach alongside non-executive director and trustee roles. I’m values and purpose-driven and thrive on making a difference to people and to society.
As well as coaching leaders, I’m also a qualified coach supervisor, offering one-to-one and group supervision to independent coaches and in-house coaching teams.
I hold an EQA Certificate in Coaching and an ESQA Diploma in Coaching Supervision.
I’m accredited by the European Mentoring and Coaching Council and practise in line with their frameworks and the Global Code of Ethics.
